Fall fishing in the Glades/November 2013

Strong winds have kept us close to shore and within the protection of the many creeks available in the Everglades. Redfish have been easy to find, along with plenty of snook.  We have been using artificial baits, mostly soft plastic shrimp rigged weedless to avoid hang-ups. The reds have been seen cruising in shallow water and also tailing in some very shallow water.

When the wind lays down, it'll be time to start looking for cobia offshore, as they should be migrating into the area within the next month or so.
